Our Activities Program
Our ‘Dine in Daylight’ activity is subject to ‘Level Crossing Removal’ disruptions and is therefore subject to change, this website will be updated if things change
Current planning is to run two dine-out activities each month, with “Bring and Share” lunches (except Dec & Jan)
Note: Our ‘Dine in Daylight’ previously planned for Tuesdays, the exceptions being October and November, have been moved to the first Saturday of each month.

September 2024
- Saturday 7th – Dine in Daylight – Venue – Mitcham Hotel, 556 Maroondah Hwy, Mitcham
- Wednesday 11th at 1 pm – Bring and Share Lunch with a chance to catch up with other members and visitors. Venue – Berwick Anglican Church, 55 Peel Street, Berwick
- Wednesday 25th at 6.30 pm – Dine Out Group – We will be visiting the Wheelers Hill Hotel, 861-881 Ferntree Gully Rd, Wheelers Hill for dinner and good company.
October 2024
- Wednesday 2nd at 1 pm – (Change of Date) Bring and Share Lunch with a chance to catch up with other members and visitors. Venue – Berwick Anglican Church, 55 Peel Street, Berwick
- Saturday 12th– Dine in Daylight – Traralgon – We will start the day with a visit to the “Kay Street Market (Traralgon)” and for lunch visit the Grand Junction Hotel, 8-22 Franklin Street, Traralgon. You may like to use your “Seniors Free Travel” voucher, if you have one, before it expires or if you prefer there is the Senior – Weekend cap at $3.60.
- Sunday 27th @ 12 noon – Sunday Lunch – Venue – Westernport Hotel at Hastings, 16 High St, Hastings.
November 2024
- Wednesday 6th at 1 pm – Change of Date because of Cup Day Weekend ‘Bring and Share Lunch’ with a chance to catch up with other members and visitors. Venue – Berwick Anglican Church, 55 Peel Street, Berwick
- Tuesday 12th – Change of Date because of Cup Day – Dine in Daylight – Venue – Watergardens Hotel, 431 Kings Road, Taylors Lakes.
- Wednesday 20th @ 6.30 pm – Change of Date – Dine Out Group – We will be visiting the Frankston RSL, 183 Cranbourne Rd, Frankston, for dinner and good company.
December 2024
- Christmas Breakup – Sunday 8th – Sunday Lunch – 12 Noon – Venue – An International Buffet at Castello’s Pakenham Hotel, 226-230 Princes Highway, Pakenham.
